Marianne Lewis is a gifted creative/performing artist born to share her life lessons through multiple artistic expressions.  She is a moving vocalist, songwriter, award winning filmmaker, spiritual coach, professional speaker and talented actress.

The adventure of writing songs has led Marianne to pen numerous titles in genres across the board, including R&B, Jazz, Blues, Country, Pop, Gospel and New Thought.  She is particularly drawn to writing what she has coined  “Unconditional” music - that is, music from all classifications that is heart opening, inspiring and soul expanding.  You can find her sharing her healing music and consciousness at spiritual communities and events throughout the states, while she continues to expand her vision of bringing the light of truth unto the world through arts, entertainment and education.

Marianne’s debut CD, “Mystical Renaissance,”  a mixture of Unconditional Jazz, Blues and Funk, continues to receive gracious, inspiring reviews.  A new remastered version has just become available and it is her joy to share it.  Her second release, “Illumine” captures another facet of this renaissance woman, with a beautiful collection of traditional hymns and classical favorites that will carry the listener to a greater sense of connection and inner peace.

For over 7 years, Marianne has served as an Assistant Director to the Agape International Choir which has over 150 voices.  As one of the lead singers for the LA band, Voodoo Circus, Marianne played at the House of Blues,  BB King’s Blues Club, The Roxy and various other locations.   She is the President and Founder of NuGroove Enterprises, a film and music production company dedicated to providing high-quality, conscious entertainment in multiple media sources.

Marianne is also a writer, director and producer of the short film, “Go With The Fro” and founder of Hair Raising Productions.  Recently her film was nationally televised on cable station BETJ.  It also took the prize for Best Short at the Broad Humor Film Festival in 2006. 

Indeed, the adventure continues as Marianne remains committed to a vision of liberating individuals into a greater awareness of our exquisite true nature and bringing great laughter, joy, and healing to all those touched by her music and art.
